CCT launches Roam in the USVI from only 25 cents - 50% cheaper
In a further bid to offer great value to its loyal customer base, CCT proudly announced today that, effective immediately, roaming rates throughout the USVI will start at 25 cents per minute, or 50% cheaper than the lowest roaming rate available in the market. As a result of partnership with USVI carrier Innovative Wireless, CCT is pleased to offer the 25 cents per minute rate for all postpaid calls received while roaming throughout the USVI, St Thomas, St John and St Croix. The 25 cents per minute rate is also available for all calls made back to the BVI and calling within the USVI, St Thomas, St John & St Croix, Puerto Rico and the USA. CCT customers can also benefit from reduced data roaming rates of $1.00 per MB.
Jose Luis Fernandez, CCT's General Manager commented, "It is well known that CCT offers the best roaming world coverage to our customers and the lowest roaming rates in the USA. CCT continues to focus on providing reduced roaming rates in the most frequently visited destinations. We have listened to the needs of our customers and are now passing on substantial savings for them while they roam in the neighbor islands of the USVI. The new low rate of 25 cents per minute that we are announcing today is 50% cheaper than any other roaming rate available in the market."
In order for our customers to benefit from the reduced rate of 25 cents per minute they must be roaming on our partner Innovative Wireless' network. Upon their arrival in the USVI, CCT customers need to manually choose on their handset the network identified as "Innovative" or "311 470". CCT customer service and sales reps are available to advise and assist any customers who would like to benefit from this special low roaming rate.
