Freedom Zero Contract Payment Guide

Freedom Zero Contract gives you all the benefits of an unlimited mobile calling plan without being tied to a term contract. With Freedom Zero Contract, you pay in advance at the beginning of each month for your chosen plan. This means you don’t receive a paper bill, and you don’t need to pay any deposits, true mobile Freedom.

How will I be billed?

You will not receive a monthly bill because you pay for your chosen plan at the beginning of each month. If you need a summary paper bill, you can get it from either of our stores. Alternatively you can view an account summary free at, www.cctwireless.com.

How will I know how much I need to pay each month?

The recurring monthly fee is your chosen Freedom rate plan: $39, $69, $99 or $119. This will be the same amount each month unless you choose a different plan. You can view your rate plan charge on the front of your payment guide.

When do I need to make my payments?

In order to ensure continued use of your service, you must pay for the service by your due date, which is the 1st of each month. If you do not pay for your service by the due date, your service will be suspended until the payment is made. You can view your due date on the front of this flyer.

Can I pay for more than one month at a time?

Yes. Pay in advance for as many months as you wish. Your account balance will show a credit until it is time to make another payment.

Where can I pay?

Your monthly fee can be paid in any of the following ways:
  • By setting up an automatic, recurring payment to your credit or debit card
  • By credit/debit card in the MY ACCOUNT section of CCT Website at www.cctwireless.com
  • By making payment at a CCT store in Road Town or Virgin Gorda

What happens if I forget to pay?

If you forget to make a payment by your due date, your service will be temporarily suspended until a payment is made, there is no late fee. If you don’t make a payment for two consecutive due dates, your service will be disconnected. Your phone number may be given away, and if youchoose to reactivate, you will be charged a reconnect fee.

How do I reactivate if I have been disconnected or suspended?

If you miss your payment due date, your service will be temporarily interrupted until payment posts to your account. Your service will automatically be turned on as soon as your payment is applied to your account. The billing date will remain the same for your account, so you may not have as many days that month to use your service
before the next payment is due again. If payment is not made for two consecutive due dates, your phone will be disconnected and you will need to visit the store to get reconnected and pay a $20 reconnect fee.

Can I keep my phone number if I have to reactivate my service?

During service suspension, your phone number will not change. However, once your service is disconnected, we cannot guarantee the same number will be available.

What if I need to call destinations outside of my chosen Freedom plan?

CCT automatically creates a separate account where you can deposit money for your calls
not included in your Freedom plan. This account can be replenished at any time:

  • By topping up at any CCT Top Up location in the BVI
  • By credit/debit card in the TOP UP HERE section of CCT Website at www.cctwireless.com
  • By topping up at any CCT Top Up location in the BVI

Please note: You will not be able to call outside your chosen Freedom plan if you do not have extra credit added to your separate account.

How much is the reactivation fee?

The reactivation fee is $20.
