CCT Pre pay
CCT Pre pay is a pay as you use service from CCT. You will never receive a bill and can apply top up to your account whenever you need to.
How and where can I top up my phone?
You can purchase top up electronically from our website, in either of our two CCT stores in Road Town, Tortola or Virgin Gorda, or. in over 100 locations throughout the BVI. Just look out for the orange and white CCT TOP UP sign
What is double top up?
Double top up is an exciting promotion offered to CCT customer’s pre pay customer. At random times throughout the year you can receive double the amount of top up for that day only. So listen out to the radio and check your phone for that important SMS message informing you of the next CCT Double top up.
What services can I use on pre pay phone?

What happens if there is a problem with my top up?
Firstly check that the vendor has entered your number and amount correctly. If there is still a problem call CCT on 284-4444444.
CCT Postpaid
What is Postpaid?
Postpaid plans are billed plans where you enter into a contract period with CCT and are billed for your usage each month. With CCT Pospaid plans you get benefits such as increased bundled minutes and other services, phone discounts, free hardware and/or unlimited usage, to name a few. Postpaid also allows you calling and roaming without restrictions.
CCT Freedom
What is CCT Freedom?
CCT Freedom is a group of plans offering unlimited calls, text and data from CCT for a fixed monthly fee.
Where can I call unlimited with CCT Freedom?
Depending on your choice of plan, you can get unlimited calling to any network in the BVI, USA, USVI, CAN, PR and UK landlines. You can also text all of the above destinations and with Freedom plan 1 you can also use GPRS Unlimited. Click here to visit out CCT Freedom page >
What if I need to make a call outside the destinations included in the plan?
You would be charged a per minute rate for calls outside of the BVI, USA, USVI, CAN, PR and UK landlines. This charge would be added to your monthly bill at the end of each month. You can check this rate on our website here, or alternatively call our customer service line on 284 4444444 or visit one of our stores in Road Town or Virgin Gorda.
What if I send a text message to a destination outside of the plan?
You would be charged a single rate per text message that you send outside of the countries allowed in your plan. You can check this rate on our website (Link), or alternatively call our customer service line on 284 4444444, or visit one of our stores in Road Town or Virgin Gorda.
What is the contract length?
18 months
Can I have a free phone?
When you subscribe to any of these plans you get a free new phone or a discount on a new phone, depending on the specific plan and the phone model that you choose. Please visit our stores for more details on what is available.
When can I get an upgrade?
You are eligible for a discounted upgrade or new phone when you reach the final 3 months of your contract period.
What if I need to change my plan?
With CCT Freedom you can change to a higher at any point or to a lower plan after 9 months, without penalty. If you feel you are on the incorrect Freedom plan for your needs, please visit our store or call customer service on in 284 4444444 for help.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
As the plan is an unlimited postpaid plan, there is a required deposit depending on your choice of plan. Your deposit is fully refundable at the end of your contract period, providing you have fulfilled the terms of the contract.
